Leadership AI Workshop
A symposium was a gathering where leaders reasoned through a question together. Our half-day workshop keeps the idea and adds a deliverable: priorities, owners, and first steps in writing.
A half-day with your executive team that ends in three AI priorities, each with an owner.
$7,500, fixed, for up to 12 leaders. Includes pre-work interviews, the half-day session, and the written priorities document.
Travel is billed at cost for in-person sessions. Educational and advisory; implementation is a separate decision.
Is this for you?
- Executive teams that agree AI matters but not on where to start
- Companies with scattered AI pilots and no shared priorities
- Leaders who want an outside engineer to test ideas against what is buildable now
The problem
Everyone agrees AI matters. Nobody agrees where to start.
In many executive teams, each leader pictures a different AI use: one sees customer service, another finance, another product. Pilots start in pockets, and nothing is compared or measured the same way.
The result is spend without priorities, and a board asking questions management cannot yet answer.
How we run it
One shared view, then three priorities with owners.
Short interviews before the day show where AI already touches the business and where leaders disagree. The session opens with a current-state briefing built from those interviews.
Your team then maps candidate uses against value, feasibility, data, and risk, and narrows to three. The priorities document gives each an owner, a first step, a measure, and the risks to manage.
When teams book it
Typical moments for a workshop.
Common reasons executive teams ask for one, not past client work.
- Planning
Annual planning
AI priorities set alongside the rest of the plan.
- Pilots
After scattered pilots
Compare what has been tried and decide what continues.
- New leadership
A new CEO or team
A shared starting point on AI.
- Board request
The board asked for a plan
Priorities management can present with confidence.
- Budget
Before an AI budget
Decide where money goes before it is spent.
- Risk
After an AI incident
Reset priorities and controls together.

A current-state briefing
The first hour: what AI can do now in your sector, with examples that fit your operations.
Facilitated prioritization
Your team maps candidate uses against value, feasibility, data, and risk, and narrows to three.
A priorities document

The half-day
How the session runs.

|---|---|---|
| Current state | 60 min | What AI can do now in your sector, built from the interviews |
| Candidate uses | 45 min | Leaders list and describe the uses they see |
| Mapping | 60 min | Each use scored on value, feasibility, data, and risk |
| Priorities | 45 min | The team narrows to three, with owners and first steps |
Times are indicative and adjusted on the planning call.
The priorities document
What each priority includes.
Delivered within five business days.
- An owner
- One executive accountable for the priority.
- A first step
- What happens in the next 30 days.
- A measure
- How success is judged, agreed before work starts.
- Risks
- The risks to manage, and who manages them.
Common concerns
What leaders ask before they book.
- No implementation pitch
- Sophrono can quote a build separately; you are free to use anyone.
- Confidentiality
- Interviews and plans are covered by a confidentiality agreement.
- Disagreement
- The facilitation is built to surface it, so it is settled in the room.

Questions
How many people can attend?
Up to 12 leaders at the fixed fee. Larger groups are quoted separately, because facilitation changes.
Will you sell us an implementation?
The workshop stands on its own. If a priority needs building, Sophrono can quote it separately, and you are free to use anyone.
Can we do it remotely?
Yes, as two shorter remote sessions on consecutive days. In person is better for the prioritization.
