About Consilium

Executive AI briefings from Sophrono, the AI implementation firm. The people who brief your leaders are engineers who design and ship AI systems for clients.

The name

Counsel before a hard decision.

Consilium is Latin for counsel, and for the council that gives it. Before a hard decision, a Roman leader called a consilium: people who knew the ground, briefing the person who would decide.

That is the job. We bring what we know from building AI systems. Your leaders keep the decision.

A Sophrono service

Briefed by people who build AI.

Sophrono is an AI implementation firm. Its engineers design and build AI systems around business logic, trusted data, and human authority.

Consilium puts those engineers in front of boards and executive teams. They explain what works, what it costs, and where it fails, from delivery rather than forecasts.

Briefings stand on their own. If you later want something built, Sophrono can quote it, and you are free to use anyone.

Who does what

We brief. Your leaders decide.

  1. 01

    Your sponsor

The chair, CEO, or executive who books the session.

    • Agrees the audience and the agenda
    • Shares plans under confidentiality
    • Receives the written summary

Never surprised by what is presented.

  2. 02

    A Sophrono engineer

Someone who designs and ships AI systems for clients.

    • Prepares sector examples
    • Presents and answers questions
    • Writes the summary or priorities

    Never sells from the stage.

  3. 03

    Your leaders

The board or executive team in the room.

    • Ask the hard questions
    • Weigh the trade-offs
    • Decide priorities and owners

Never lose the decision to an outside adviser.

Fit

When a briefing helps, and when it is too early.

A good fit

  • AI is on the board or executive agenda this year
  • Leaders disagree about where AI fits
  • Management has AI plans the board must weigh
  • An event needs a grounded AI speaker

Not the right service

  • You need legal or regulatory advice: ask counsel
  • You need a system built: ask Sophrono for a quote
  • You want hands-on tool training for staff

What we need from you

  • A sponsor who owns the agenda
  • The questions or decisions on the table
  • Time on the leaders’ calendars
  • Plans to examine, under confidentiality, if wanted

What you can expect

Published prices and written follow-up.

  • Published prices: the board briefing at $3,500, the workshop at $7,500
  • An agenda agreed with your sponsor before every session
  • A reply by email within two business days of receipt
  • Something in writing after every session
  • No selling from the stage

Each booking is confirmed by a short engagement letter. Briefings are educational and advisory, not legal, financial, or investment advice.

Give your leadership team one clear view of AI.
