The agenda call is free. The board briefing and the workshop are fixed fees. The quarterly briefing is the only recurring fee. Keynotes are quoted per event.

Every briefing stands on its own. The quarterly briefing is the only recurring fee, with a two-quarter minimum.

Questions
What is not included?
Travel for in-person sessions, billed at cost and agreed in advance. Larger workshop groups are quoted separately.
Why are keynotes quoted?
Format, length, audience size, and travel vary too much for one price. Every quote is in writing within two business days.
Can we combine formats?
Yes. A board briefing followed by a workshop is common. Each is priced separately, and you book the second only if the first helped.
How do we pay?
You request a session on the site, and we reply with an engagement letter. Payment is by invoice after you sign it. No payment is taken on the website.
