The Leadership AI Workshop is $7,500: a half-day that ends in three priorities, each with an owner.
A keynote, panel, or all-hands talk from an engineer who builds AI systems. Quoted per event.

Every briefing
What every session includes.
The format differs. These are always part of it.
- An agenda agreed with your sponsor before the session
- Examples from your sector, or labeled as illustrative
- A Sophrono engineer who builds AI systems as the briefer
- Something in writing afterward: a summary, priorities, or digest
All published amounts are in US dollars. Each booking is confirmed by a short engagement letter. Briefings are educational and advisory, not legal, financial, or investment advice.

Questions
Which format should we start with?
Boards usually start with the board briefing; executive teams with the workshop. If unsure, plan a briefing: the free call exists to settle it.
Who delivers the sessions?
Sophrono engineers who design and ship AI systems for clients. You meet your briefer before the session.
Can sessions be remote?
Yes. Board briefings, talks, and the quarterly briefing work well remotely. Workshops run as two shorter remote sessions.
Do you sell implementation in the session?
No. Briefings stand on their own. If you later want something built, Sophrono can quote it separately, and you are free to use anyone.
How does Consilium relate to Sophrono?
Consilium is the executive briefing line of Sophrono, the AI implementation firm. Briefers are Sophrono engineers.
